Refund and Returns Policy – BeMatcha

At BeMatcha, we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our matcha products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the packaging is opened. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bematcha.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

We offer refunds or replacements for eligible items that are unopened and returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
